Shop Policies

Return / Refund Policy:
All sales are final unless the product is damaged when it arrives. If damaged, please get in touch ASAP so a refund can be issued. In most cases, I will require photos of the damaged item and proof of postage of your return (this can be obtained from your Post Office). A refund will be issued once the piece has been received and can take between 5-10 days to show up on your account. 

Please check the sizes before ordering, I try to list enough photos to give you an idea of the product (i.e using my hand as a scale).

IF for any reasons, you do not find the product satisfactory or you expected something completely different than what you ordered, I'd be happy to discuss and offer an exchange.

Cancellation:
All sales are final, however if you decide you wish to cancel your order, you must notify me within 24 hours of order to request a cancellation and a refund. This will only apply if the product has not been shipped yet. 

Order processing:
I tend to process your order within the same day or the day after depending on the time of the day I receive your order and the day of the week. My process is to carefully package your jewellery and then post within 48 hours. Beware of the weekend.

Delivery Policy:
Products are shipped from the Midlands (UK) using Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and International Tracked for overseas addresses.

-Royal Mail Tracked 24: Royal Mail aims to deliver items the next working day, but it can sometimes takes up to two working days.

-Royal Mail Tracked 48: Royal Mail aims to deliver items within 2 to 3 working days.

-International Tracked:
Europe: delivery aim: 5-7 working days.
Worldwide: delivery aim: 7-10 working days.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible to pay for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Be sure to double check everything yourself before ordering. As much as I would like to help, import taxes are specific to the recipient's county, not the exporting country.
Also, I'm not responsible for delays incurred during customs or by your local delivery partner, sadly I do not have any control.
